How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of stayhomesale.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I love this silicone bottle brush! At first when I got it I thought the handle was a little too long and the scrubber head part was too small. But after using it a couple times it’s very comfortable to use and works AMAZING. Foams up with soap and cleans my baby bottles very very well. I have always purchased bristle bottle brushes so I was a little skeptical if this silicone one would really work. Well it works!!!!!! So happy with my purchase. Happy I don’t have to keep purchasing bristle bottle brushes every few months because they wear out soooo quickly and just look gross. This silicone brush looks brand new and I’ve been using it for months before writing my review. Definitely the only bottle brush I will be buying in the future.

While it does get in to my bottles and clean them out, i wish the handle was longer. Its only slightly longer than the bottle, so you can’t get a good grip on it. Don’t regret the purchase, as it does work, but not 100% happy with it either.

I needed this to clean out a large water bottle I was having trouble with. This brush easily does the job, just fill the bottle with hot, soapy water and scrub the bottom and up and down the sides. The brush itself is also made of a material that doesn’t hold onto the dirt so a quick rinse and it’s ready to go.

We use 2 liter glass bottles for water bottles in my home and trying to clean inside of them was impossible. This thing is amazing quality, good scrubber and reaches all the curves of the bottle. It cleans up well and does its job perfectly. I use it for anything with a small opening, jars, small cups, protein shakers

This is a simple brush, it’s basically like a regular bottle brush that you would use to clean the bottle only that the only difference is that it’s silicone. My gf’s favorite part is that there is no food residue and the bristle don’t get gunky. She loves it so far and uses it to clean all our baby’s bottles even her breast pump.

I really like this bottle brush. I was looking for something that wasn’t going to be a germ magnet so I like the silicone because it’s easy to keep clean. It works very well for cleaning my klean Kanteens, the brush is small enough to get through the opening and cleans the whole bottle easily. I would purchase again.

I was surprised to see it works better than the traditional bristle bottle brushes even in wider mouth bottles, however the best part is it easily fits inside narrow mouth bottles that I’ve never been able to clean well before. No more shoving a washcloth in and shaking like a madman hoping it got everything off and fighting to get the washcloth back out.

The head of the brush is much smaller than I expected, but it could be that this is what the producers intended for the product, to be able to fit into smaller spaces.

The brush part is way smaller than I thought, but that actually ended up being really nice. At first it felt like it wouldn’t wash the breast milk bottle very well, but it does a great job! The bristles are stiff and it’s perfect if you do what another reviewer said and get it wet, put a drop of soap on it and lather it up for a second.

Our new Samsung dryer has a large, somewhat enclosed lint trap. I hesitate to open it all the way as I think over time, it will crack. I got this bottle brush too clean the trap instead of using my fingers. It works great! It grabs all the lint in one swipe. If I’d known how well it would work for this purpose, I’d have purchased one years ago. Even if your trap is wide open, this is still much easier and faster than using your fingers.

I am so happy with this brush, it makes cleaning all my water bottles a breeze. And since it’s made out of silicone the brush dries quickly reducing the chance of mold or any other nastiness that grows on sponges. Buy this product!
