How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of stayhomesale.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I give this 5 stars for being best that can be expected. By that I mean that it performs as expected, but that the whole process is very messy and kind of clumsy. My main goal was to get a flosser that did not leak all over the counter top after a few months, which is a problem I have had with the plug-in, counter-top reservoir models. Success!

I usually brush & floss every time I eat. This unit makes it so convenient to travel. Don’t fill the reservoir to the top if you will be traveling. I usually just put a one time use and when I’m done leave the door open to let the reservoir dry it so it doesn’t leak in my luggage. Its a great traveling unit.

I absolutely love this waterpik! Even though I brushed everyday, I never felt like my mouth was really clean. I also had a problem with bad breath. Regular string floss was too irritating for my gums and I was looking for an alternative. After reading the reviews I decided to try this cordless waterpik. It is truly an amazing product and a complete game-changer for me!

Pros: Lightweight, effective at removing food from teeth, pressure is decently strong on the lightest of two settings, easy to take with you when traveling.
Cons: battery life; bulky body.

It feels so good to use this waterpik. Years ago I had an electric one with a container that fits on top it was big and bulky. This waterpik is portable, and so easy to use takes up no space at all on my vanity and the power is strong. SO easy to use and since it’s so easy I use it morning and night. Okay sometimes I don’t use it at night – but every morning! Love the fact it’s portable too if and when I got traveling again.

Ever since I got a post put in on the back molar of my teeth and they crowned it, that has been a favorite spot for meat to hide. Every steak, every burger, ever time I eat fried chicken, I have to sit there with a tiny toothpick stabbing my gums like im doing fencing lessons with a practice dummy just to get out the leftovers. Not with this bad boy. I just pressure wash those food guts right out of my pearly whites like I’m hosing down the back yard bbq that got too rowdy on the 4th of july.

After 6 months use 2 or 3 times daily, my hygienist and dentist praised the improvement in my gum and dental health. I was amazed how many small particles this thing flushes out even after flossing and brushing. It helped clean an area around the base of a crown that was prone to gum irritation. It only takes 20 to 30 seconds to use. It’s compact and portable, easy to store out of sight in a small bathroom.

I had a bit of pain in the space between two of my teeth. One of them was crowned so food would ocassionaly make it’s way to the space and irritate the gum. As the result of a dentist visit I learned the gum was inflamed and could have resulted in gingivitis if not taken care of. The dentist recommended me this waterpik and while I was very skeptical as to how water could help clean up my gum, I tried it out based on the recommendation.

Finally! I am “flossing” — really well — at least once daily. Took a minute to get used to, for me, the first few tries, I was just not doing it right. Aimed wring? Water went all over the place … But soooooo glad I kept at it. (I have bad habit of getting discouraged if I don’t get a thing right the first time.) Dentist and periodontist have been getting increasingly adamant about my dental hygiene, now that I am getting older. I REALLY don’t want to lose my teeth. I realllly don’t want gum grafting surgeries, or any of the other remedies they’ve been mentioning… This method of flossing TrULY works, and is even … “fun”?
