1. This sofa cover applicable to sofa which there is a gap between seat with backrest and armrest.(Please make sure that your sofa has deep gap to slip the foam bars before purchase. Our sofa cover is not suitable for the sofa with shallow gap.)

2. Please measure your sofa include armrest, then choose the size, if you don’t measure it, the sofa cover will be smaller than your sofa.

3. Manual measurement 1-3cm error is allowable, different country have different size, please check it before you buy.

4. Due to the long distance transportation problem, the product will be a little fold, it maybe not so flat as picture ,but dose not affect to use.

5. Since the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item. We guarantee that the pattern is same as shown in the photos.

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

    I already bought some cases from this store in gray, so I decided to repeat good material regarding the price, fast shipping, but the color is not like in the photo, I think they sent me the greenest military, I’ll keep it anyway, but it’s not like the picture (eye with this) that I liked, I combined and asked. For this reason I am not fully satisfied and that I warned the store in message.

Only thing worth mentioning, is that they are slightly transparent, so if you have two different coloured sofas, you may notice a slight difference in colour once on, nothing major, it’s very light! All in all, very happy!. Oh, this colour is not for a house with kids! No contact with store.
